A product manager once showed me how to edit your Xbox Live avatar on the phone, but forgot to ask the name of the app. After some digging, I found it at the Marketplace. You can change your avatar’s features and style. There are plenty to choose from, but you’ll need to spend some Live points if you want more options. When you’re done, you can see the new look after rebooting your Xbox 360.
