The price is 99 cents, but for a limited time, the trial version is unrestricted, unlimited, and ad-free. This means you only pay if you love the app and think the devs deserve it.

Metrotube gives users the ability search, browse and stream YouTube video content while managing their personal YouTube accounts. Added Windows Phone 7.5 features include the ability to ‘pin’ secondary tiles such as videos, playlists, authors, subscriptions and favourites to the phone’s start screen. Tiles with dynamic content update in real-time. ‘Fast app switching’ and ‘smooth scrolling’ are other features taken advantage of from the platform update.
